Hi everyone,

I'm new here and hoping I'm posting in the right section.

I have a 2015 F-350 with the 6.7 Powerstroke, and I'm looking for some guidance on using FORScan to make a few upgrades. I’m fairly new to this, so any help is appreciated!

1. FORScan Spreadsheet: I'm looking for the correct FORScan As-Built spreadsheet for my truck so I can make changes safely and accurately.

2. Titan 60-Gallon Tank: I recently installed a Titan 60-gallon fuel tank and would like to update my DTE (Distance to Empty) to reflect the new capacity.

3. Sync 2 to Sync 3 Upgrade: I’d like to replace my Sync 2 system with Sync 3 so I can use Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Any advice on what I’ll need and what FORScan changes are required would be great.

4. Tire Size Adjustment: I’ve installed larger tires and want to adjust the settings so the speedometer and shift points are accurate.

I’m using FORScan with an OBDLink EX and have the extended license.

Thanks in advance for any help or guidance!

Thank you very much. If you have time for one more question.

If im going to upgrade from a sync2 to a sync3 console is there anything I need to change?

Appreciate you time & help
If you're buying the kit I'm thinking of, you should be good. Comes with a new APIM with your vin already programmed in? Also the sync 3 has a different gps antenna.

Not going to lie Im a little out of my league here. I just received my obd/ usb cable and downloaded forscan.

What I could use some guidance on is changing the fuel tank size and the tire size please.

What im working with:

Installed 60 gallon Titan tank
Tire size 35x12.5x20

Thank you for taking time to assist

Didn't you just create a thread asking about the ForScan spreadsheet?
Did you open the file posted and look through all of the tabs?
If you search YouTube for the questions asked above, there are numerous videos showing what to change and/or how to calculate the correct values for tire size and tank size

My apologies for making you take the time to write this response.
I have done what you're suggesting I'm just not smart with computers hence why I'm asking the questions. I'm great with wrenches, but this computer stuff is all new to me. My kids normally assist me.
I will continue my research just thought it would've been okay to post here to see if I could gain some more input on my weakness or lack of computer knowledge.
Have a great day.

Do one change at a time. Save your data before making the change in case you fk it up. Verify the change worked before moving on to the next item. And don't forget to enable that dpf% screen. Once you make a change, if you go back and look at the values you changed, it will not look exactly as you changed it. Dont be surprised by this. It's a function of the hexadecimal programming. Be confident that the one value you change will complete the intended change to the software.

I have an '11 so it may look a little different in my set up. I will try to get some pictures of a walk through for where to input what data for the fuel tank and tire size, where and how to save, etc. I am less familiar with how to walk through a sync upgrade as I am rocking a poverty package myself.

This might be just the thing to get me to turn off the rapid blink setting my LEDs randomly cause. Probably just a corroded ground...

I have failed the forum as I won't be able to post a how-to. Internet problems at the house are delaying getting my forscan extended license. In the mean time, I have located two videos that should be helpful in using forscan to update fuel tank size and tire size. If either of these don't look right let me know and I can try to help further.
