found a found people claiming the Fel Pros and O rings were going strong but most with low mileage, just wondering if anyone has any recent input on how theyre holding up? I also read that if O ring protrusion is over .008 then you should not run the felpros due to it cutting through the fel pro fire ring surface. Just hoping for some more input here as i will be sealing my engine up pretty quick here

So far, the OE or Mahle have been fine with any of the o-ringed heads from several sources. That would be my safe position.
I do not know Jack. As soon as I install the KDD heads ( have a set of iron cast heads and ICONs here), I will measure everything exactly, as I did with the DK heads back then.
