Well I just had my 6.0 inspected and they failed my egr delete along with a few other things. The shop cited both the egr valve and the egr cooler as missing. Has anyone passed the MD inspection with an egr delete installed?

If it's just visual you can put the cooler back in but not connected to the up pipe. I don't know how much time they spend looking but if they look at the up pipes they'll see it's not connected. The other options are a welded shut cooler or a working one and just turning off the EGR in tunning
I had just gotten back from deployment and was in fort worth. I was driving up to Arkansas and was trying to get it inspected as it had expired about 3 months ago. I stopped at 6 dealerships before i found a small one on the texas Arkansas line that would do it
Are you buying or selling? It might be worth while registering in another state.
