Ok so I started having a hot no start!
I replaced
Nipple cups & orings
Injector orings and seals
Standpipes
Hpop & orings ( yellow oring on the bottom of the pump ) & j tube

I still have a hot no start!

im no 6.0 expert so I got online to get torque specs and I guess when I was reading the specs for the stand pipes and the nipple cups I must misread the spec for the nipple cups I thought it was 33ft/lbs like the standpipes but found out it calls for 105ft/lbs

I already planned on tearing it down and torquing them to 105ft/lbs I just don’t have time to do so for about a week! Was hoping someone would be able to answer me this

with the nipple cups only being torqued to 33ft/lbs could that cause them to leak? I put air to the system with the engine being cold and there was no air leaking but could that change when the engine is warmed up?

thanks in advanced for any info or help it’s greatly appreciated

Pull the valve covers......deadhead the HPOP by applying 12 volts to the IPR and crank on it......you should find the leak in short order........when you say you've got an early 04, does your engine have the single log style oil rail or the other with stand pipes and dummy plugs?
