DPF soot % question

I loaded some new PID's into Torque and am monitoring DPF soot percentage, and soot grams/liter.

Very shortly, within 1/4 mile of an active regen completing, I noted the following:

Soot %: 29.1
Soot G/L: 0.5

After driving 40 miles of mixed highway/city driving, my readings are:

Soot %: 74.3
Soot G/L: 1.3

As I understand it, an active regen happens when the soot G/L reaches 2.6 or so.

What happens when the % gets to 100%? As shown above my % is at 74.3 but the G/L is only at 1.3.

Thanks!
Todd
Soot load % is just a scale from 0 to 100 where 100 is full and 0 is empty. Soot g/l is a measurement of the soot by volume in grams per liter.

I am using the Banks device to monitor pid for Soot Level and Regen status. I have also added Filter% on the center dash screen via ForSCAN.

Soot Level and the dash filter level do not line up in terms of regen. The regen always begins shortly after reaching FULL, just after 95% on the dash filter %.

The PID for SL can vary widely, does not correlate to when a regen starts and FYI it can reach 200%. Here it is at 152%
