Thanks yes it does help. Can you share any other info, where you purchased?
I've seen summit selling and thought was a decent price.
How many miles on them and was It a complete set?
I'm looking at the complete set calipers, rotors, pads etc..

I'm gonna get the set that's just pads and rotors, I don't see the need to get new calipers. Although they would look cool lol

I just received my order from Summit. They had the best pricing with free shipping.
Upon opening the boxes, all components appear nicely made.
As for the calipers, mine were original and 2 were seized so needed replacements. They look nice and come with caliper brackets (also powdercoated) with all new seals and hardware. I will share pics once able to get everything apart.

I finally got around to completing the install of the Powerstop Z36 Extreme Truck and Tow, rotors, pads and reman calipers as a kit from summit. It came complete and have to say it was straight forward and simple. It took me a little longer being I replaced all the rubber caliper hoses on all four corners as well.
I ran out of sunlight to finish bleeding, fluid flush and road test but did take some photos to share and I was impressed with quality overall so far. Hope this sheds some light on this kit.. I think OEM parts would have been more money and not as good quality as this set. I laid out $700, yet returning my 4 caliper cores for a $108 refund from summit racing.com

Reviving this thread. Thanks for those pics @Billy231. How have they been performing for you?

I need new components asap now. I noticed a grinding noise then lost my brakes due to having no fluid. Not sure how this happened... but I'm replacing all calipers, pads, and rotors. All the fluid leaked out and the pistons are completely out of the caliper and shaving into the rotor. Truck has 140k miles so I'd say it's due. I tow a lot so having good brakes is very important

Hi Tim, thanks for the comments. I tried to show most of what I was doing.
As for the brakes, it's been a couple months and only about 1k miles, yet so far so good and zero issues. Stops nicely as expected and the few times I've had to stop from highway speeds for a light the brakes were great.
Only issue I wasn't happy about was the core charge for orig calipers needed to return. All those cost me about $50 to ship back only to get $100 returned. Heavy shipment. Depending where you live you can shop this kit around and save a few just remember the core return shipping price vs driving local to return them it's worth paying a lil more.
Also did fluid flush as well as I see you'll need to do also.
Good luck.

That kit just showed up to my doorstep yesterday. There are quite a few 7.3 guys running them. I can't remember who but I marked them down a while a go for when I needed brakes. Mine are waiting to go on once I get a couple other parts.

Update: I finally got around to installing my kit. My pass rear caliper was shot, both cylinders out and there was only the metal plate left from that pad and it destroyed the rotor. My truck has 140k so I figured I'd go ahead and replace everything and do a fluid flush while I'm at it.

I got the calipers and brakes/rotors from different places which made them much cheaper. The install was easy and they look great! I only drove around with them for a little, I'm anxious to tow with them to see how they perform. I had Hawk LTS brake pads before which I'll never get again, they were so dusty it was terrible
