I know I used it a few times on my 7.3L but I'm wondering if any of you use additives for your fuel on the newer 6.7L. I'm going to fully delete and tune. What do you recommend. I saw the diesel kleen cetane boost at the store and started thinking.

I have used the ford cetane boost, couldn't really tell the difference. My dealer has a separate truck shop, and the service manager would always suggest me to use it, not sure if he was just trying to sell it, or if it really is needed.
I put in Diesel Kleen every other tank. I keep a jug of it in my toolbox. I am told it helps with the IPR and injectors. I personally am a preventative maintenance ***** from my time in the Army, so I get a warm and fuzzy when its used.
Diesel Kleen is an emulsifier. I would never use it in the 6.7. If you want to use an additive, use a demulsifier so the water doesn't get past the separator and rust the IPR. Diesel Kleen does more harm than good imho.
I actually asked Diesel Kleen (Power Service) this exact question when I started using it years ago. They emailed me back and told me it was a demulsifier.
