Custom tunes vs preloaded

Hey so I have the SCT livewire ts tuner for my truck. It came preloaded with tunes but I feel like it's preloaded for a stock motor and mine isn't, I have done head studs, head gasket, oil cooler, stage 2 cold air intake, EGR delete, full 4in straight to a 6" MBRP exhaust/tip. I'm lookin to see how much more MPG I would get on a custom tune? Right now I'm gettin like 13 (crew cab with a canopy on top) and if it would make a big difference who makes the best tunes for a 6.0?

Why does everyone think cranking out another 100HP is going to equate to 10 more MPG's.........................................................................?????

From what you said there it looks pretty stock to me. That said a custom tune is far and away the better choice. You fill out a form that has everything on the truck including tires and gears. Then what you are looking for and what the truck is used for.
I have PHP tunes in ECM & FICM and I'm pulling down 19-20 on the highway with my 65HP Tow tune and I credit a lot of it to 38" tires.

Tunes are all HP and typically burn more fuel. It's having a engine that runs at the right boost at the right speed with no issues that gets mileage. Now a FICM tune can give you a boost like the Atlas40.
There's just a lot of variables. I was having some fun with you mainly because I'm a jerk half the time. :)
Maybe a little more than half.
