I have looked online and in the manual for a service interval for the ccv on my 21' F450 6.7. It has the screws, thus making it serviceable (It looks like DRWs has serviceable filters, SRWs do not) according to a thread over on FTE. The consensus is the serviceable filters can start to plug as early as 30k miles. Several posters seem to blame the plugged filters on upper oil pan leaks.
CUMMINS intervals are 67,000 miles...
What's the Ford interval on the CCV for the serviceable one?

Vent to atmosphere and never worry about it.

Change the crankcase ventilation filter 100,000 miles or 4,000 engine hours under normal use. Vehicles with HIGH IDLE HOURS seem to be particularly prone to pre-mature clogging of the CCV filter. This applies ONLY to 2017+ model years with a serviceable filter in the CCV oil filter housing. Otherwise, it is only an oil separator that does not require replacing.

It's hard to spot in the Owners Guide but it is there in the maintenance schedule. I had a hard time locating it a couple years ago when I needed to know. I wish Ford had put a crankcase pressure sensor on this engine like Cummins does. Might have saved a lot of turbos and engines.

Is that something to change earlier to avoid leaks? Mine has the bolts on top, serviceable, but I inquired with the dealer about 40 miles away and the parts guy said they don't sell a service element, just the whole box for $230. Why what a removable lid and not have a replacement filter?

Your dealer is correct as the filter is not available for 2020+

More likely the tools in engineering.
