I have a 2002 F350 7.3 4X4- Long bed single rear wheel- stock, no additional lift....I am trying to find a Bilstein 5100 dual steering stabilizer bar kit that fits my truck and seem to get conflicting info- I have been told that Superlift has a kit. see link

Amazon.com: Superlift | 92710 | Dual Stabilizer Kit with Bilstein 5100 Series Cylinders | Fits 1999-2004 Ford F-250 / F-350 / Excursion 4WD with 3" of Lift or Higher : Automotive

Some people say it will fit my truck....but Superlift says that this kit is only for trucks that has an ADDITIONAL aftermarket lift up to 3 inches or it will hit....I would prefer to stay with a Bilstein dual stabilizer kit if possible since those are what I just put on my truck for shocks....Anyone know where I can get this setup that will fit my truck with no additional lift?

These worked great and they help ...i keep an eye on em and used better nuts and bolts with loc tite here n there.Theres a few good You tube vids with torque specs..i have more intel if needed...sorry just joined here ... Easy to install just put it all together loose then tighten as you line it up straight and plum...very easy...this does not solve steering issues but will only mask real problems ...Get a red head steering and linkages , ball joints, wheel bearings etc etc...

I also have a 2002 F 350 4x4 200,000 + no rust from Oregon ...quite a story

Thanks for the reply and photos!! Same truck that I have!! I have replaced everything having to do with the suspension.,.I tried the Redhead gearbox and after 2 failed attempts, while still under warranty I ended up switching to the Bluetop....the Redheads just had slop and wasn't any better than the OEM I was replacing.....just getting this additional dual stabilizers for any handling improvement it could offer....plus it looks great....I ordered my truck from the factory in 02 and currently it has almost 125,000 on it....I just continue to peck at my truck adding new things as I can afford them....you can find a thread about my Redhead nightmare if you do a search for Redhead reveiws....it was an expensive nightmare.....Thanks again for your input!!

I got the Rough country from Amazon heres the link...
Rough Country N3 Dual Steering Stabilizer for 1999-2004 Super Duty 4WD - 8749030

They are easy to install if you lay it out loose first then tighten to fit and level check along the way...I used diffrent hardware that was stronger especiall on the u bolt nuts provided for 1 side...i also used lock tite to insure the build...its time to check it as I do every so often. I also replaced the steering bar link ..i have a mystrey clunk and I think that did it...not body mounts makin noise. Funny you mentioned the Red Head Box...I was going to get one from the reviews and its time to be changed out big time...i do small adjustments from the set allen screw on top of the steering box...so what did you get instead ..Blue??? please let me know what ya might think of steering box to get...BTW Shes a sweet ride nice job.
