I have a small leak between the drivers side manifold and the up-pipe, enough you can hear it from the cab as an audible ticking. I was wondering the importance of fixing it and temporary ways to fix it before I get into the job of replacing the manifold. as of now i still make plenty enough boost although I'm not sure if its the normal amount as i have a WW2 compressor wheel installed, i use PHP hydra 80hp tune and at WOT it gets between 25psi and 30psi, as well as i get 11MPG, running 4' lift and 33' tires, 5' straight pipe going on 367k miles, attached is a picture of the the ole girl from 2 years ago.

Is it up up pipe or the manifold?

Do you have original up pipes or Bellowed up pipes?

Any exhaust leak can be dangerous to you and damaging to the truck.

Any exhaust leak will cause drive issues for the turbo and therefore lower boost which leads to higher EGT's and power loss.

There is no temporary fix for exhaust leaks, carbon monoxide is a killer. You will never know it made it to the cab.

At one point I had the up-pipes off replacing them as I thought the exhaust leak was on the up-pipe side but it seems to be on the manifold side, I’m running bellowed up-pipes

When I did bellowed up pipes they were a very difficult fit. To get them sealed correctly I had to go back and forth between the ypipe and manifold several times tightening a little each time otherwise they didn't line up quite perfectly. Maybe that is your issue? Are you confident the leak is at the manifold to up pipe or could it be at the block?
