I believe there is no required replacement interval. My 15 has 80,000 and I haven't changed mine. There is a kit to add a catch can to the system. I am just not exactly what that is .

 

There has been much back and forth as ford has problems with the serviceable unit, because of that there is no interval as some have a sealed unit and some have filter.

If it were me, I would check it every other oil change.

 

CCV oil separator filter change interval is only for 2017+.
For the 11-16 6.7 PSD failed CCV system the best thing to do would be to replace it or reroute it.
