6.4 Turbo Actuator Calibration

I replaced my actuator on my 6.4 which failed and it set off code P132b and P2263, after checking all the sensors it was recognized as the actuator. I discconected the dogbone connector and when you did the KOEO mode it did move but grind. My actuator had a cooling pod bolted to it and the plug for the electrical. I checked the new dog bone type connector to the old and they both matched in length and distance. If you try to turn it, it takes a lot to turn either one, so I am thinking that they come from the factory set. I DID NOT TURN the end eyelet. I cleared the codes and the truck and actuator work well. Does anyone know if there is additional calibration needed?

No calibration needed. The reason it is hard to turn is because they set the length and crimp it so it can't turn.
