6.4 BEST REPLACEMENT PARTS

I just purchased a 09 6.4 relatively cheap! I bought the truck knowing I’d possibly have to rebuild or replace the engine. Truck starts fine seems to run strong with plenty of power (I only took it for a very short test drive before I purchased it). It is however blowing white smoke out the exhaust at idle and at times a lot of it. The truck has had the dpf deleted but not the egr. I know it’s leaking coolant. I’ve ordered up pipes billet water pump egr deletes, tuner, radiator thermostats with housing cold air intake charge pipes, coolant filter system. What are some other problem areas i can get better parts to fix/prevent problems. CCV reroute? Front cover replacement? If so what are the best parts/company options for Them?

The CCV reroute you can search on here for the "$25 ccv mod". It was made for the 6.0, but works the same on ours. Made from tractor supply chemical sprayer parts. Unless the front cover is badly cavitated then no need to mess with it. Theres an updated one with a small tab in the water pump cavity that was suppose to reduce the caviatation. Last I heard theyre on national backorder. If it needs to be repaired Innovative Performance Research can repair it and send it back to you.
