6.0 EGR Delete, need to tune?

Getting the y pipe connected correctly to the turbo can be a pain. My 03 I automatically run a ratchet strap behind it and down to the frame and that's the only way I can get it to seat correctly. It pops when it seats. On my 06 its not as bad. Tune not required but doesn't hurt.
