I dont get it then. Get that thing on an aligment rack and see what is out.

Now I would say they sent you an incorrect spring at this point.

Well guys, 4wheel has been great but still not fixed. After putting rear springs in, the back of the truck now sits higher than the front.

Back to the leaning issue, they replaced the front springs and now I'm off by 1 1/4 in side to side.

Not sure what to do, but tempted to go back to stock and be done with this fiasco.

I agree. I don't remember this happening when truck was stock. That's why I think I'm going to take the lift off and see where I'm at.

Do you have any pics of the side of your truck?

Which side, the higher side or lower? You want to see the overall truck or pics of springs?

I just wanted to see each side to see how noticeable it is.

I'll try to snap a few before the lift is removed.

07 stroker, side pics of the truck wont show you the leaning issue I'm concerned about. check out one of my first couple posts of the front end pic of the truck.

you'll see the 1in lean from that photo. This is what neither the dealer or 4wheelparts themselves can figure out.

4wheel has surprised me and is stepping up. they called rancho today and had the shipper pull the two new springs and measure them to make sure they are exactly the same. Once they arrive, they are going to swap them out.

If this doesn't work, they are removing the rancho kit and are willing to put something else on.

Hopefully by this time next week, I'll have a good update. thanks again to those of you who have chimed in with thoughts/suggestions.

Truck is going back in Wednesday. New springs were sent from rancho and were measured before they shipped. I'll keep everyone posted.

After 3 sets of springs, truck is still not fixed. Returning truck back to stock soon to see how it sits. As of tonight, I plan to stay at stock level regardless of the outcome and applying the money spent towards a Titan fuel tank.

Got truck back today and was reimbursed with a store credit. I plan to apply it to a Titan tank in the near future.

Shop told me that truck is only off 1/2in now. I was in a hurry and didn't measure it myself but will this weekend. I'll see what ford says at my next oil change.

Where are you located? Ive never had good experience with Ford dealerships OR 4 wheel parts.

Dallas. I've run into problems in the past with 4 wheel.

I was surprisingly pleased with how they handled the situation.

Never had an issue with my ford dealer.

Just a question, but did you measure your height before you did the swap the first time? I've had a few trucks that were off a bit on each side from the showroom floor. But never 1.5".

On the stabilizers, those are mounted on the tie-rods, so they can "swivel" around the rod, and if you loosened em and leveled them out, they would both sit the same. I've installed those exact ones, and if you don't line em both up when you tighten them down, they may not look right.

My stabilizers kept sliding down and hitting other stuff (like after driving over a speed bump) so Rancho took em back.

I don't think the springs (even if they were turned wrong) would be off that much on one side, unless the spring is on top of the perch bolt.

i did not measure the height before the truck was originally lifted. It didn't even cross my mind as this has never been an issue on any truck in the past. I did learn to measure ahead of time moving forward though.

It's water under the bridge now as i have been refunded and don't have any plans to lift this truck again.
