buy a better HPOP :dunno: ... @LoxDiesel what say you?
FWIW When mine went bad I replaced it with a Jasper, 4 years ago. What failed? Did the little ball fall out?
These 2 pretty much nail it!

Ford or Jasper pumps are all I will install on these.

Something else to look at is if the screen is broken through on the oil cooler and debri is getting through the system to the pump and causing the premature failure, but I would guess the cheap pump are your issues.

That's what I always thought as well. Last time I did the pump I tested the rest of the high pressure system with a big compressor and it had no pressure loss over the span of an hour when I left it pressurized. This time I didn't tear anything apart yet, I only tested with my OBD reader and the hpop is only getting 300Psi.

I guess until I hook up the air hose to test the hpop again I won't really know for sure, but I'm almost certain the pump went again due to the way it died.

What's a sync problem? How can I check my Low oil pressure system? Also thought Obd2?
EVERY time I have had a truck in with a no start, but build 300psi it has been a stuck open IPR. Especially if it holds 300psi while cranking. If it jumps around I would bet pump, but a steady 300ish psi I have always replaced the IPR and they fire right up. Also something to check and NOT overlook would be the connector at the IPR. Make sure its making proper connection. I have had 2 that kept having IPR failures and the previous shops overlooked the pins being worn and not making connection.
