Edit: now I realize you’re asking about a dually… so don’t take my last piece of advice. My truck is a SRW. Hope you find your answer.

 

I appreciate the reply, and I have been trying to read up and google….Some folks say no issues with the 255s ..Other option is 265/70/17 but in the Nittos also…The 255/80/17 will give me more tire height to fill the Wheel wells….I went down today to the shop to price out and I’d be looking at a solid $1950-2100 for 255s or 265 Nittos

 

Finally after 2 months my tire shop was able to go thru another vendor and get me some NITTO RIDGE GRAPPLERS 255/80/17....Hoping for the best...They go on Friday Morning!

Well folk the new Nitto Ridge Grapplers 255/80/17 are on and they are riding nice….Plenty of rear gap space…we ll see how long they hold up but I do like the overall look now of the truck . It’s a definitely a improvement 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
