1995 F350 No Start - Not Sure What to do!

Hey, new to the Forum- I have a 1995 F350 with 209,000 on it. No real Mods, just intake. I was driving over to my brother in-laws and pulled up the driveway, slight incline. Jumped out of the truck and was talking to my sister in-law and the truck was just idling, all of a sudden the truck shut off like someone turn the key off. Jumped in and tried to start it. It would turn over like it wanted to start, but no fire. I have changed the CPS, and the IPR. The CPS is a Motorcraft brand. The HPOP was low so i filled that up and still no fire. I have also changed the heating element in the full bowl and no fire. I have hooked it up to a scanner and there are no codes present. Scanner is saying that we are getting good oil pressure and also getting 2600 psi to the injectors. Tried to start it again on Sunday and the Tack would jump up a little and then drop back to zero on the tach. I need to get this truck running as soon as I can, but I want to avoid taking it into the dealership and paying the premium. Any help would be great, but don't just want to keep throwing parts at it.

Even though your scanner says no codes, is the CEL illuminated? Wait-To-Start light coming on as normal? Check the wiring and connectors for the Injection Pressure Regulator (IPR) valve and CPS. Heck, might as well check the ICP connection too. Make sure the nut that holds the IPR's solenoid on is present and snug. Check the fuel pressure at the Schrader valve on the driver's side of the fuel bowl while cranking (should be a minimum of 25 psi at a minimum crank speed of 100 rpm). Check your main oil level. Cheers!

Ok I had a 250 with the 7.3 wish I never got rid of it have you have ever changed the glow plugs module or the glow plugs? That was the issue with mine I could.let it sit for a while and then it would fire off but the issue was that and it wasnt getting enough out of the working glow plugs and the model is only 50 $ mine did the same thing and with it beeing a 95 there is very limited codes for it my light would go out like I could start crank crank watched the tac and spedo move but would not finish a cycle to fire off I had no choice but to take it to a shop as mine died at a meter. Hope this help as this is a common thing with that engine

I was having issues with starting a while back after rebuilding my fuel bowl and putting in a new mechanical fuel pump. I tried it all, and without the help of an electric fuel pump, you really need to get the air out of and get fuel into those lines from the pump that go into the head. My fuel level in the tank was only at 1/4, so I filled it to 3/4, also filled the fuel bowl to the brim. I hooked up a trickle charger to the battery so I didn't wear the batteries down, and crank crank crank for 10-15 seconds. Then I would crack the fuel lines at the head to relieve air pressure. I did this 4-5 times (enough to want to start over and pull the fuel bowl out), until I did it one more time and she fired right up! Good luck, but keep on trying.

Attached is a flowchart for 'crank, no start' on a 7.3 psd that helped.
