Guys,
I emailed High Performance Lubricants about using their transmission fluid in the 10r140. They emailed me that Green was the correct fluid (LV). When I responded asking them why not the Teal ULV, there response was it's close enough. 4.5cst and 6cst is fine, the trans won't know the difference. I'm shocked. This company is PIMPED like the Prodigal Son on Bob is the oil guy oil site. These guys "HPL" don't know their a$$ from a hole in the ground.
Yes, I have emails from them.

Always stay with a fluid that meets the specification the manufacturer recommends. ULV has a much lower viscosity and possibly a different additive package. Here is the warning we are given: "Using any transmission fluid other than what is specified can result in the transmission not operating normally or premature transmission failure." I wish they would expand on this a little more. The only other thing I can find is that not using ULV may cause shuddering. during clutch application.
