So something weird happened. The other day my horn started going off randomly and would stop if I would open my door. Also my cargo lights on my third brake light and the center light on the interior that opens with doors or dials on dash started turning on and off by themselves and my cruise control sipped working at the same time all this happened.didn't have theses issues till one day it started training so I don't know if that make an difference our not. Any help is appreciated! I am horrible at electrical stuff so I am seeking assistance!

Take a look above the fusebox (where the GEM module is located) and see if things look wet. It's not uncommon for the windshield to leak in the lower corners and drip into the GEM. This causes all sorts of weird electrical issues,
If it's got water in it, it's bad 
Take a close look at it and see if it's either wet, or looks like it's been wet...
