What's the capacity of a def tank

 

I think it's a 5 gal tank. Depends on how much towing you do. The harder your engine works the more you use. I get my oil changed every 5k miles and have never had to add any between changes. Sometimes I get the 800 miles to empty warning and sometimes I don't.

 

I'm usually at about half full when I take mine in for oil changes every 4,500-5,000 miles

If ur wanting to keep it stock buy a 6.7. The 6.4 stock gets horrible mileage unless you delete it.

I forgot to mention, I tow 12k+ lbs regularly so that affects my usage considerably.

 

I wasn't looking to put in a lot of money modding I have a race car and that's usually where I put my extra so maybe il look into a 6.7 instead of 6.4
