Havent driven the truck in a month. The weather here has been in the single digitit and sub digits. I did a walk around the truck today and noticed the chrome grill surround was bubbling bad. One spot was the size of a dollar bill and others smaller. Took it in to the local dealer. They said warranty would cover it. yay but then they looked up the warranty and it had just expired last month. Crap. I priced a new chrome one for $560 and a new Painted to match one from ford was $515. I like the chrome but am afraid in another two years it will just do it again. Any suggestions? does anyone have pics of a truck with a painted grill surround with a chrome bumper? Maybe any other aftermarket ideas? Does anyone know if a 2011 model grill fit on a 2008? Has anyone had any luck painting something like this maybe? Thanks
