Any thing to know about installing cyl heads 97 7.3L?, I've heard on 6.0L the Crank has to be at a certian postion is the same on a 7.3L, just don't want to bend a valve!

Yeah it kinda does. I believe in this position all of the cylinders are in a neutral (not all the way up or down) point in their rotation. I have not done a Head R/R on these motors. to me it wouldn't make a difference where the piston was as I rotate the engine for each cylinder before adjusting the valve for that cylinder.
[EDIT: these motors don't have an adjustable rocker arm. Looks like it's a set it and forget it deal. Roll your pushrods along a flat piece of glass to make sure they are perfectly flat. Installing bend rods will suck horsepower.]
