Alright so I just installed a Southbend 3250 dual disc clutch in my 1999 F-250 ZF6 . The truck is a 12 valve cummins conversion if it makes a difference. My clutch slipped drastically on my first test drive of the truck after the swap was completed, why is this occurring? I know new clutches need to be seated but its slipping an awful lot. A friend told my my slave cylinder plunger may need to be shortened, Im not sure about all that though. Any info would be appreciated.
Thank you!
