I have for sale a 2004 Powerstroke with 180K miles.
Turbo replaced at 100k with a Garret GT3788VA and added AFE Cold Air.
I recently had the oil cooler fail and proceeded to replace it with an external oil cooler set up by IPR and coolant filter setup, additionally I decided to have the heads looked at and also replaced both. Unfortunately the mechanic that was working on this truck did not finish the job, I do not have the time to do the work myself, or try and find another mechanic.
