I installed my disaster prevention kit today. I got it all put back together and it won't start. I cycled the key 6 times like after changing the fuel filter. Repeated that process a couple times and still no luck.
Any suggestions? I watched the video again to see if I missed anything and didn't see anything that I missed.

2015 CCLB, DRW, 4X4, Lariat ultimate. 167k miles full delete @ 157k mi. SCT Livewire with Tyrant tow tune

Pulled it back apart and couldn't find any smoking guns. The O ring on the metering unit looked a little rough, so I found what seems to be a suitable replacement. Hopefully nitrile rings are suitable for diesel applications.
I cycled the key with the supply line disconnected, over a container. Man it puts out a lot of fuel fast! I almost overfilled my quart container before I could get to the key to turn it off.
If no one has any insight for me, I'll finish putting it back together in the morning and see what happens.

She still won’t fire. Doesn’t seem to be much coming out of the exhaust when I’m cranking. Is there a sensor in that area that I may have accidentally disconnected or a wire that could break/cut that would cause a no start situation? I’m really stumped on this as it is getting plenty of fuel to the bypass block.

I don't have an answer for you on your no start, but I can answer the Nitrile compatability with diesel.

Cole Parmer rates it as excellent. They have a great database of chemical compatabilities. Nitrile is listed under Buna-N

If you do a google search for Cole Parmer Chemical Resistance, a link will come up. I can't post links yet otherwise I would post it.

Can FORscan be used to test rail pressure or any other parameters with the fuel system? I have an OBD two plug, but have never actually used it.

I think I figured it out.
I'm a dumb a$$, bad part, and I'm a dumb a$$.
It looked like a pretty simple kit, not much to it and I don't care about CARB compliant, so I saved a 100 bucks getting a no name kit off amazon. I looked it over really good when it arrived knowing I could return it if it didn't fit. In looking if over I noticed a flaw going into the MPROP portion of it. Being a dumb a$$ and not fully understanding exactly how the kit worked I didn't realize that the flaw was a passageway that didn't quite go all the way through. The passageway that brought the fuel to the top end of the pump. I have drilled it out and cleaned the hell out of it. I had to break for dinner, but will putting it back together shortly. I will update, but I'm pretty optimistic.

If you didn't run into issues, how long did it take you from start to finish?
The first time it probably took 5-6 hours. I'm pretty slow when it comes mechanical stuff and fussed around a bit with how I wanted the hose to run. Having an air ratchet, drill, or 1/4" impact helps a bit, especially with the plastic intake.
Some instructions say to grind some stuff off of the bottom of your lower, aluminum intake. I didn't need to and have plenty of clearance, so much that I can't see how it would be an issue.
I didn't remove my upper fuel filter, like I see some people doing. I did remove the hot side CAC pipe and completely take the bolts out of the plastic intake on it's rear, driver's side. They hang up and make removal difficult. you just have to pull up hard on them after they are unscrewed (easier said than done in tight quarters) :)
I had it down to about 2 hours by the third time, having my supply line cut already and my hose ran.
This video was quite helpful and the second one was good for removing the plastic intake.
