I change my fuel filters every year and the guy at o rileys says to use wix instead of motor craft! Getting everyones opion

Wix fuel filters $84.99
motorcraft $49.99 price seems kind of wierd to me also

id stay with motorcraft. ive heard a lot of bad things about wix latley. i always try to run factory filters. just my $.02

i would only run it if it has the membrain around the bigger of the 2 filters.
X 2... The wix doesn't have it. The membrane is the water separator jacket. Also spending $85 on the wix filters is nuts. Fleetfilters.com has NAPA gold (made by wix, exact same filter) for about $42 for the set.

I thought that was crazy too. I know diesel stuff is more expensive but 85 for fuel filters wow! Thanks guys Im new to diesel and just want the best for my truck!

In that case just buy OEM motorcraft or Racor (who makes the OEM filters for Ford).
