I apologize in advance,, this may be a little long.

I have a 2003 F 350 with 214K miles on her. I noticed when driving down the road I was blowing a white cloud of smoke out of the exhaust.

After some investigation I found I had 2 bad injectors, so I went to replace them, pulled the valve covers off and noticed that the previous owner had only put 2 head studs in on each side so it looked like they had been done. I towed the truck to the shop. Since the mechanic was in there I had the motor bulletproofed and all new injectors. FICM and ICP tested perfectly. However it is still bellowing white smoke. Any ideas on what it could be?

Really need to work through the shop for this.

If this smoke smells like coolant or you see a white dust around the cap on the degas bottle, you can test for a leaking head gasket or bad EGR. You tee off and put a pressure gauge in.

If it smells like diesel this points to injectors.
