I have a 2003 F250SD 4x4 6.0 . I need to replace the shocks. I believe it came stock with ranch 5000's. Being a 4x4, did it come stock with a small
1.5"- 2.0" lift? Can anyone chime in on this. I don't want to order shocks and have to hassle with returns.

Thanks

I love the Bilstein 5100s....if you checkout their website, you should be able to find the right part number before ordering.

5100 Series Shocks

If you fit them off of Bilstein's website, you will get the lift specks. Here was what I found for mine...

And also, you CAN put 5100's on a stock 2004 F250 4WD. From what I gathered, the 5100's and the 4600's are exactly the same, except for the finish. I wanted the silver 5100's for my black and silver truck. I had to order from two different places to find them both....

Front 33-187297 (E-Shocks)
For lift of 0-2.5"

Rear 24-186025 (AJ-USA)
For lift of 0-1"

It is an FX4. I believe it sets fairly level, well except when I tow my 5th wheel camper. LOL. I guess I could have a look and see whats under there. I doubt that I would find a part number.

I have the yellow Bilstein's and they are awesome. IN fact, these shocks should have come from the factory.

I have a set of Supersprings on my truck and my 42' fifth wheel barely drops my truck down, as well as being very stable.

I'll vote for the Bils as well. Run them on everything I own.
