I installed the velvet ride shackles on my 97HD and, as expected, it lowered the rear of my truck with the slightest weight in the bed. I don't want to give up the smoother ride when empty and was considering the installation of air bags. Can anyone recommend a proven product? I'd like to be able to adjust it from the cab, also. I see many kits out there but thought many of them may have been tested extensively here on the forum.

Thanks!

Firestone Super Duty Rear Airbags. Comfortable ride with or without a load. The in cab control is extra but well worth it definately recommend them. :)

Looks like Firestone has it.
Recommend a good place to purchase?

Check one of the site sponsors or a local suspension store in your area.

Checked around today and found a place from the Firestone site - $291 +tax.
I was expecting worse. But then I priced their compressor accessory package - nearly 400 bucks! Yowza! Surely I can build a better setup for less.
