I know there are similar posts out there but i need some help under my cicumstances. I'm looking ay getting injectors and can eventually afford stage 2. After that my plan was a t500 hpop, eventually. Would i destroy my turbo or anything? Or should i go with stage I,I would really like the power out of the stage 2s, though.

If you are planning a stage 2 you will have to have a good bit of supporting mods, If you can't afford all the supporting mods go with stage 1s, which will even tax some stuff. Another option is get a set of ad injectors from someone and run those, they will be a big step up from what you have in an obs.

AD injectors?
Split-shot injectors, from 1999+ Superdooty's. 135cc's of fuel and a stock nozzle.
Wouldn't necessarily recommend them for the OP. Split-shots are more oil hungry than single shots. Also need to take into account the cost of custom tunes to run splits.
Best route IMO would be to get stage II's (160/30, 160/80, 160/100, etc) and run them tuned down until you have the supporting mods to make them reliable, or better yet have your supporting mods in line before purchasing new sticks.
Fuel delivery, intercooler, and high pressure oil are a must for stage II's. Turbo highly recommended. May also want to consider valve springs and head studs if you plan on maxing them out.

From what I've heard, people don't tune them to run as a split they run them as a single, it's just the higher cc they want. Btw it's 140 not 135. Go with correct supporting mods before you just tune down, if you have to tune down that obviously means you don't need then injector size you got.

where have you heard that a split will run as a single. not saying it;s not true i've just never heard it. and they are more oil hungry. to me it's not worth it.

OP you can ask jimmy (JD3020) he run ADs for a while

i have my 2's detuned. are you saying i bought too much injector? i am running them this way because i have a sock turbo, but plan on putting in a D66 shortly, it's sitting in the shop. i also didn't want to buy injectors twice in one year.

Buy the right injector the first time. Detune them until you get the rest of the goodies to with them. As with anything, if you abuse things, they break.
