I am ready to start my new long block, which fuse should I remove to keep the truck from trying to start. I want to crank to over a few times to make sure that I have oil flowing. I don't see a fuse listed as FICM so I am not sure which one to pull. Thanks

Fuse #40 (20A) should shut off your fuel pump if you pull it.

That should work but I was thinking that if I could kill the FICM then the injectors wouldn't try to fire at all.

Yea I thought that as well but didnt see any option for a quick fix on that. My manual didnt show anything for that.
