What are some parts people are swapping to their older super duties from the newer trucks?

Bed, tailgate, and rear bumper are big upgrades that alot of people do

Center consoles, fender emblems?

Do all of these fit without modifications?

Center console will bolt right in. You'd have to cut holes in the fenders for the emblems :nod:

What about the dash? I'd like to change my dash to the 08 style

I know that dash is a go from 2003 to 2005-2007 not 100% sure about 2005-2007 to 2008-2010 but i would think that it should be good to go. I believe the door panels are a direct fit as well.
