Is it possible to run a quad pillar pod with a dash mount? Not sure about the clearance.
Where is everyone mounting their Edge Insight CTS monitors?
Think I'm gonna go ahead and order the Insight CTS for my truck. I'll probably do the A-pillar mount, but curious to see where everyone else is mounting theirs.

Dash mount hooks to obd port. Run pillar pod to sensors directly or tap behind obd plug.

Yes I just read the entire thread and the point of my post was for a good mounting idea which from what I read nobody has yet to come up with one.....

Never mind I answered my own question lol. There's noway that the dash mount would work with a quad pillar pod. No way to see the bottom gauge or fit for that matter. I'm leaning toward the driver side glove box or maybe an overhead mount.
You could make it work with a quad pod of you did one like my sig pic? You'd lose one analog gauge though.
I think with a little custom work with a dremel or cutting wheel this would land you with a CTS and a quad pod both where you can see themNever mind I answered my own question lol. I realize it is an 03 but with some sanding and mounts supplied with the pods it would look nice tucked in the corner of the dash. IMO the driver side glove box is a good way to conceal it but Im not trying to look at the floor to look at my gauges
ok so kinda off topic, but the excursion we just got has a analog boost, pyro and tranny temp.. My question is if i get the cts to montior all the other stuff like eot,ect, FICM voltage do all I need to order is the cts??? im thinking all i need is the cts but not sure, do I need any other sensors or will it run with the OBDII port for the ect, eot etc???

mounted my cts today, its a dash mount, and it blows, pretty much hate it. should be turned more toward the driver. Just my .02 looking into the pillar set up. But that looks like it points down a little bit, but it is pointed more towards the driver. Can anyone confirm this?

Yea the pilliar seems to be easier to read but less info. Find a spot on the dash and make your own moint.

Those prices r with out shipping and when you go to use the pressure sensor you need the adapter harness that is a aditional 150 bucks. Found that out yesturday when i went to install my setup. I was pissed as hell and my egt probe lasted 1 ride till it burned out, i called edge and a new one is on the way

same here and it was worth it, just really pissed me off when i found out i have to spend another 150 to use my pressure sensor. must have missed it in my research.
