trying to make a purchase for someone else... his trucks an 05 i wanted to know the actual dimensions... and also what other years used the same pattern... Thanks guys

8x170mm is bolt pattern

what is the truck.. the 8x170 pattern has been used since i believe 99 when theystarted the superduty.. as long as it was an f250 or f350 SRW.. if it is a dually it is a differnt bolt pattern 8x175 i think..

8x170 is correct on the SRW trucks however the backspacing is different from 99-04 to the 05 up trucks The 05 up trucks also require a minimum of a 17 inch rim

Dave, would aftermarket wheels off an 02 fit on an 05?

More specifically, these:

Backspace 4.79 in.
Max Load = 3200lbs
Finish = Chrome
Hubcentric = No
Offset = -18 mm

awesome.. thanks. does any of you guys know if there are any other manufacturer that would also fit an 05 wheel patern?

Dave, would aftermarket wheels off an 02 fit on an 05?
