I am about to buy a set of Nitto Trail Grapplers and a Newton 2.5" lift.... I can't decide if I should go with the 295/60R20 or the 295/65R20. I realize it is not that much of a difference in tire size but according to the Nitto website the 65R is 1.02" taller and has 330lbs more load capacity (34.43" vs. 35.47" and 3750lbs vs. 3080lbs). I do tow up to 10k lbs occasionally but I am sure either tire would not have a problem with that. I currently have 275/65R20 Duratracs and want to go a bit taller and wider. What size of the TG's do you guys suggest?

Thanks!

Good to hear, was your old F250 a 6.4?

I wonder if the stiffer sidewall of the 65R20 would lead to a slightly longer lasting tire?
No it was a 2006 F250 6.0. As far as I know the 6.4s have even better clearance for oversize tires.

I got more life out of my Nitto Trails than I did from my BFG ATs.

Your gonna LOVE the trail grapplers.
