I have been reading some of the threads and some of the people have been saying that they have a torque tube and I was just wondering what in the world is that?

When I got my truck scanned for codes, it came back saying something like the torque tube was clogged but the guy scanning said it was no big deal. Is this true and if so, where is the tube and how do you clean it? Sorry to hijack:)

It connects between the air intake and the turbo. The filter change gauge plugs into it. I don't know if it can be clogged. Don't know much about them, but I really don't think you can plug them unless you stick a rag in there.

nothing to noticeable, atleast not to me. Shouldn't get a CEL either with the MAF being repositioned. Just bigger inside diameter for more air flow
