lol oh boy is it! If they are in good spots, you can maybe get behind them and bang them out, but normally they dont return to normal. So you do your best to get it out, bondo it, sand it, bondo it again, prime and panit. If they are in odd places, you can cut little circles out and then weld it and beat it.
