Since I didn't have to go to work until late, I called Fass Fuel. Their customer support is great. The walked me through some trouble shooting to make sure that I had a bad pump. Tested the pickup, and primed the pump (loosen the water separator about one turn and turn the key and see if the pump starts pulling fuel. I was told that within a minute I should see fuel shooting out of the loosened filter. Nothing at all. They agreed the pump was bad and sold me a pump motor. Get to install it on Sunday. This truck is quite the learning process.

Glad you're on the right track.

Swapped Edge Insight CTS2 from white truck to red to see if would cure EGT readings. They were all over the map from normal to holy chit. The unit in the red had 2 EA'S EGT sensors registered on it which I figured was the problem (could not reset it and delete them even with a factory reset). Well my hunch was wrong and the EA'S EGT sensor is now steady but way low on temp. Is a fairly new unit as this has been a issue for some time and I bought new thinking old had capped out. Guess it's time to reach out to Edge tech support - which hasn't been done due to current work load.

Tech devices can really make me and I provide tech devices to my clients for a living. Go figure.

Interesting thing - newly installed viper alarm chit the bed 2 mornings in a row after remote start. Could not disarm/unlock truck, had to use key and wake up neighbours with alarm until I could bypass system. Yesterday worked good the rest of the day, today it was dead. Took back to installer and they did their magic and its working. Jump in truck and Edge Insight EGT is now working .

Wonder if they could have done an oops that affected the Edge Insight. Guess time will tell. Also went and apologized to neighbors for 5:45am wake up calls 2 days in a row.

I'll never be gone. I hang out on the cummins forum still. Have been for years.lol. I would really like a new F250, but not sure the wife is going to go for the payment. Even with my "A" plan pricing. So if she wants me to go used it'll more than likely be a Cummins. Used Ford 's with 50k are asking 60k

I got 18.2 miles per gallon slick not towing, mostly between 70 - 80 MPH on the highway for a seven hour drive to the Grand Canyon. Usually get 13 slick with a mixture of highway and city.

Spectacular.

Well its official fellas. Truck left with its new owner this afternoon. Kind of bittersweet. Hate being without a truck and no plans to replace unless I find a deal. But I couldn't pass up what was offered to me. I meant to get a picture as it drove off.

Thank you for your guidance with this issue.
Installed the new pump and truck still won't start (crank, no start). I'm going to hook up the obd II dongle on my next day off and install forscan. Any hints on what I should be looking for? Crank is strong and I'm finally getting fuel to the fuel bowl. I have 48v to the FICM and I have sync.
