A little off-shoot from the "What did you do to your 6.0 today?" mega thread.
Very simple idea here, show what you bought for your 6.0 today.

Today was an expensive one for me:
-Upper and lower balljoints, both sides
-Center links
-NUC Oil by-pass filter kit
-Couple bottles of Archoil

Looking forward to posting install photos in the "What did you do to your 6.0 today?" thread.

Marc, did you cut out the cross support on the back wall under the window? I recall someone doing that, I just can't recall if it was you or someone else.

Changed one of my terminal posts I think I'm finally done with my terminal issues .

Also ordered upper lower ball joints from moog received today.
Still waiting on I beam bushings from sunrise.
Not sure if I'm going to do it. It's either pay 400 to get it done or do it with a coworker who's a mobile mechanic. He says he won't charge me and I will do it he will just help. but of course I'll pay him maybe thinking 200.
We will see when parts gets here.

Here are some pics of my m/t's with about 10K on them. They have been sitting since I totalled this truck last year so they look alittle rough.

10,000 miles......... I have 15,000 miles on mine and I can barely see any wear on them. That's what my last set looked like with 45,000 miles on them. You must a heavy footed fellow ??

That's a 7.3 and I towed alot with it. Mostly 4 to 9K. I did drive in the mountains and played in general alot too. Maybe I should say about 15K. I forget I got them used from a friend that had them on his rig for 2 months then got a sweet deal on some super singles. But that couldn't have been too many miles. It was perfect timing because I had some pro comps that were about wasted. I thought I was doing good with them.

And Ya the truck some good power and I used it. 😁😁😁😈😈😈

Nice looking terminal, where'd you get that thing?? Mine are fine but I wouldn't mind having those for when I finally upgrade my Alt and battery wiring.

Yea I needed the extra 3-1/2" of height for amps to fit. I used 1/4" X 4" steel and welded a 1-1/2" angle X 1/4" to it so I could weld the flare back into the steel. I used JB Weld on entire length under steel along with rivets and some sheet metal screws. It's actually much stiffer then the OEM reinforcing rib.

That's what went over the GT Mat. If there's a will there's a way........

I should have stopped while I was ahead. I scheduled next Saturday morning to have new Mastercraft Courser MSR snow tires put on. Slightly more expensive than the CAC pipe! LT275/65R20
Two, that's right two, inner vacuum seals for the passenger side front. Screwed up the first one trying to press it in using a makeshift tool while being distracted by my cousin who showed up at the most inopportune time. Sad part is the original was probably fine, I just decided to change it while I was in there for the ball joints. Oh well, what's another $60. Luckily my sister in-law gets an employee discount at Advanced.
