What did you BUY FOR your 6.0 today?

A little off-shoot from the "What did you do to your 6.0 today?" mega thread.
Very simple idea here, show what you bought for your 6.0 today.

Today was an expensive one for me:
-Upper and lower balljoints, both sides
-Center links
-NUC Oil by-pass filter kit
-Couple bottles of Archoil

Looking forward to posting install photos in the "What did you do to your 6.0 today?" thread.

SCT X4 tuner. Not planning to use it until i have bullet proofed the engine but with the EPA cracking down on tuner companies, I figured I better buy one while I still can.

You are right there. You can't get any tuners here in California much less any performance parts. I think that it's only going to get worse and that way across the country.
I personally think these reality tv shows are making things worse...... much worse. Every time I see a truck belching out black soot I cringe.
I forget the name of the one show but it's a rat rod with a Diesel engine and they show him blowing black smoke for a half a mile almost lol.
The big hammer is coming down and we are all going to be affected. Really a shame, I like being able to get a few more HP out of my truck. But that's going to be next to impossible here pretty soon.
Time will tell

Wow, decided to look on Amazon for LED headlights, yikes! Anyone have any suggestions on what they're using & where to look?

Wassup? They have a great assortment. Cheap and we'll reviewed.
Bought some Motorcraft rear brake pads.

Way too many options on there which was a little overwhelming considering how much junk is out there in the LED world.

Ummm...nothing, because Cabela's has the Vortex Viper HS 30mm scopes on sale and with free Vortex rings. Snagged a 2.5-10X44 with V-Plex reticle for $250 shipped.

Y'all need to try out a Huskemaw. The most unreal, clear scope I have ever looked through. It's expensive but worth it if you are in an area that long range shots aren't uncommon. Once you get the scope, you sight in at 109 yards and try different bullets and find which ever one groups the best. Then you record some data while you shoot, or have someone shoot the data for you and send it to Huskemaw. The make a custom turret for the specific caliber and bullet type, grain, etc. Once you get the custom turret you just range your target, dial the yardage, put the cross hairs dead on and squeeze. It has built in calibrated windage MOA as well in the turret. My uncle bought one last year for his .300 weatherby mag. He was shooting 8 inch groups at 900 yards as soon as he put the turret on. It's unreal

Do you have a link to where you got those from, did they fit right into your stock head light assembly?

Picking up some front pads today, wife told me yesterday when she got home from the fair that the left front sounded different, Glad she hears good cause it's not grinding yet, but they need done. I have to go watch my boy show his goats this morning, then I'm doing brakes on the KR.
