A little off-shoot from the "What did you do to your 6.0 today?" mega thread.
Very simple idea here, show what you bought for your 6.0 today.

Today was an expensive one for me:
-Upper and lower balljoints, both sides
-Center links
-NUC Oil by-pass filter kit
-Couple bottles of Archoil

Looking forward to posting install photos in the "What did you do to your 6.0 today?" thread.

Where did you get these? What brand? Are these the OE replacements or more heavy duty?
Bought some good used 5 spoke 20's for my truck. Will be selling the 18" when I get my next set of tires. The BFG K02's held up pretty good as advertised. I knew they were rated at about 50K mile tire. I had got them with 146K and I'm at 183K. I have about another 5-10K miles left. I tow a lot and did pretty regular rotations about every 5-6K miles. I think my next tire for the 20's will be a little less aggressive since I do more on-highway driving.

Ordered new body mounts/bushings. Last hunting season reminded me how bad they're getting and I finally 'may' have time to get it done.
Did you go with the originals or the cheaper Dorman one's I talked about in my other thread?
4 new Toyo Mud Terrains. Got one free due to warranty on my Goodyear DuraTracs (belt had separated with almost no tread left). Discount Tire has treated me well over the years.
Nice, what size tires are those?

just bought next weekends project along with new fuel filters and new serpentine belts.(dual alternator). Also transferred the Hellwig sway bar and firestone air bags from the 04 to the 03.
I contemplated on running that IPR filter for a while. It's the best in the biz IMO. But I decided I will just keep up on the coolant flushes every 30K

Also, I have my own project to tackle in the next couple days. I noticed a leak coming from the power steering area the other day. The frame rail, and along the drive shaft from the transfer case to the front diff was wet. At first I thought it was the hydro assist. Got some brake cleaner and some rags. Wiped everything down and cleaned all the parts. After driving a few times, I noticed the return line from the steering gear back to the hydro assist appeared to be the issue. This line was about $55 from Ford. Comes with seal rings on it and a handy label with the torque spec on it. :)

I have a Navigator wheel in mine, I like it a lot
Is it basically the same wheel?

Also, decided to get the S&B intake (new). Thanks anyway for the offer @voodooridr . But I couldn't wait and it really wasn't much difference in price for a new one. Both the oil catch can and filter should be in Monday. Can't wait!

a KC stage 1 coming this week and will compliment it with innovative tunes. Not expecting anything major performance gains but I like buying **** for the 6.0l and want the 10 blade whistle lol
You might be quite surprised what a difference that turbo will make along with the custom tunes...just saying.

I just installed the S&B on mine tonight. How about that?!

Ordered new Mevotech upper and lower ball joints, new tie rod ends, new Spicer u-joints, new seal kits for the ESOF. Oh what fun. Not long after, will be replacing tires and getting the alignment done on or around Father's Day. Looking at the Cooper AT3 XLT for my next set. The BFG K02's been good, but if I'm honest, my truck spends more time towing and on the road than off-road.

The Toyo AT/II are really nice and have a 65k mile warranty.

I've heard good things about them as well. Been watching several videos on a lot of tires. 65K is pretty good where as the Coopers I think is 60K (still better then 50K on the BFG's). But one thing I really like is Cooper is a U.S. based company. I better be careful not to bash the Japanese brand, don't want to be banned for being too insensitive and hurt anyone's feelings. blah blah blah

Call it a late Christmas present....

I really like that it's low profile, and it is not that big. I didn't need a lot of space, just a box to keep basic tools, some tow strap/chains, my jack, some gloves, etc. Plus I didn't want to take up too much bed space since I have the short bed.

Got my HHC tool and o-ring kit in and my injectors. Also got my filters and my oil is order. Plan is to start disassembly this Wed. I might not get much done until Saturday, but my hope is with a couple hours each evening leading up to Saturday, I can at least get it down to where I need to install the injectors. I also believe I may need to repair a couple threads on for the valve cover bolts (my mistake) from previous repair. So I have at least one heli-coil to install.

Bought the No Limit intercooler pipe for the hot side. They said it will be a few weeks to get it shipped (on backorder). Will post pics once I get it

Noticed some spots on the ground in my driveway. Looked like it was leaking from my thermostat cover. Dried off the area, re-inspected after a couple drives and was wet again around the cover. At first, I was thinking coolant, but turned out to be fuel dripping from the regulator cover on the side of the fuel filter housing. I did the blue spring kit long time ago when I first bought the truck. It was actually one of the first maintenance items I did aside from filters and fluids. Anyhow, went to Ford, got the blue spring kit. Now that I think about it. This would have been wise to do when I changed all my injectors recently. As much as diesel is right now. I'll be installing this kit tonight!

CFS 6028 arrived today. Waiting on the AFE bladerunner pipes.
I have this intercooler in mine. Best bang for the buck honestly.

On a side note, ordered a Blue Top steering gear today. All front end work was done in June 2020 and noticed slack again in the steering wheel over the last 6 months or so. All the ball joints and everything still look good and the steering gear on the truck is original. At 215K, it's time...
