A little off-shoot from the "What did you do to your 6.0 today?" mega thread.
Very simple idea here, show what you bought for your 6.0 today.

Today was an expensive one for me:
-Upper and lower balljoints, both sides
-Center links
-NUC Oil by-pass filter kit
-Couple bottles of Archoil

Looking forward to posting install photos in the "What did you do to your 6.0 today?" thread.

Nothing waiting for snow to disappear so I can break in powerstop pads. Kinda hard to do their routine on snow covered roads.

At least my other Ex is getting some serious driving time.

Ordered pigtail and ICP sensor for my other Ex (the white one). While using it the last week+ all the symptoms of the ICP having issues (surging/dieing at a stop/ICP voltage at zero until next start/...... ).

Happy to have the red one back on the road - it's my beast, the white one at bone stock is just not the same.

So the harness to 9 months to come in, guess what im working on today...
Did you know the harness has a connector that is in an absurd location, it took me two days to take off enough parts just to swap that one connector. If you ever change one out be ready to remove the ac compressor as there is a connector beside it that can't be removed until the compressor is out.

Do you or anyone else have a source for the push pins that hold the wire channel on? Mine are pretty much shot.

You’re talking about the little “christmas trees” I call them? Just about every local auto parts store usually sells them in a small packs and in different sizes and styles. All aftermarket brands of course but will still get the job done

How much was the wire channel? Mine needs replacement.

it was only about $38. Surprisingly inexpensive. Not sure why people neglect replacing it. I thought it was going to be a lot more.

Inventory fulfillment comes and goes.

A guy over on FTE was printing out replacement tabs for these.

Or just follow the post.

Bought a new crankshaft position sensor to go along with the new engine harness I ordered a week ago. Figured if I'm going to be that deep into the engine bay doing the harness, I'm gonna replace this as well just for good measure. Already installed a new Motorcraft CMP sensor Waiting on the callback from my local dealership to confirm it came in. (they show it has, but the parts manager is talking to his shipping and recieving folks to find out where it is). Ordered the harness from the Ford Parts website. List price is over $1200, paid $872 after Cali taxes for it. Bought the Motorcraft CKP sensor off of Amazon for like $30 or so.

Update: Engine harness did in fact come in, picking it up after work today. 8 days from ordering it to my local dealership recieving it.

Hope it wasn't part of the Amazon counterfeit club.
I quit using Amazon for purchases for numerous reasons but that’s one of the big ones. I use them now to find items I want and then source those parts from elsewhere. I might have to pay a bit more but that’s fine by me. I hate giving money to people that hate me and others like me.

Motorcraft packaging looked authentic. Motorcraft and Ford part number on the package matched. Package didn't appear to have been tampered with and the sensor looks correct. Fingers crossed I reckon.

I just bought a set of headlights from bajaretrofits. They are expensive but the other day I was driving into town and my current headlights were a waste of time. The driving lights helped immensely but I really need headlights that put out actual light. So I splurged on these. We will see how much of an improvement they are when they arrive. I will try to take some pictures of the old and the new if I remember to do so. I sometimes get involved and forget about documenting improvements with photos. I expect a huge improvement over the stock lights.

Still waiting on my seat covers from CoverCraft since I had to return the first set due to the wrong type being sent. They were received by CC three weeks ago.

Wheel hub assembly for passenger side on front.

One of 3 units left in my vicinity - according to Ford parts gent they are currently unavailable for them to order. Something to do with supply shortage.
