Hamburgers from the steer we butchered a month or so back. I was making hay today and it was way too hot out for any serious grilling.
My oldest boy is supposed to come down next weekend, I'll probably thaw a brisket and break out the smoker for that.

Resurrecting this thread..

Made a meatloaf last night with a new recipe - turned out great!! No Traeger...just the oven. i think it would be FANTASTIC on the smoker and will try that next go-round! I used 1lb mild italian sausge & 1lb venison burger! And Yes, those are chunks of Tillamook cheddar cheese :D
