What are these and can i relocate them

2 runs of 3 1/4" hoses behind glove compartment. I haven't seen them before and just wired in a remote until for my dump trailer and seen them. Yellow/blue/red and black/gray/white

Do you have your climate control removed? They look like the vacuum lines used for the control.

those are vacuum lines that operate the climate controls on your dash. I would advise against relocating them from the original location. More importantly, WHY do you want to relocate those?
