I am in the process of eliminating rust on the bottom of my doors. It's going good except for the little plastic clips that hooks the weather strip on. Its a pain in the a** to sand around them and I already broke some of them. Is there a way they come out and is there somewhere I can buy new ones to replace them?!

You mean the single piece at the very bottom of the door, right? You should be able to get them from inside the door, by squeezing the tabs on them with a pair of needlenose pliers. They aren't easy to find new, but I'd have to guess Auveco would be the most likely source for them. Probably could order them through an upholstery or auto body shop.

I ended up ripping all the old ones out and it made it SO much easier to sand!
This is how she looked after sand, and one coat of POR15
