Water in fuel warning came on changed filters warning came back on after40 miles common problem eaay fix? where should i start? thanks 2005 superduty 4x4 6

You need to drain the HFCM and remove the cover and check for crud in the water sensor cavity. This crud can build up and bridge the sensor makeing it think there is water in the cavity. It will then make a new sensor read incorrectly as well.
