I have had a vibrations for the the past 30,000 miles. The vibration is coming from the rear end. The vibrations around 10 mph has a high frequency with a low amplitude. The vibrations between 40-45 mph and above 70 mph feels like wheel hop. I have changed tires, had the tires rebalanced twice, u-joints, carrier bearings, replaced every bushing under the truck, and serviced rear end. Tranny fluid is fine, truck runs great. Does anyone have any idea what the issue could be?

Glad part of the issue was solved. I still suspect a drive shaft issue (or as everyone wants to call them, drive line). Try greasing the slip yoke. If vibration still exists after that, take it to a shop and get it balanced

I haven't encountered this problem on my super duty, but I have on other vehicles. The slip yokes on the super dutys are common issues, but are usually more of a clunk type of thing. But greasing it is free, so it's worth a try in my opinion. It seems like you have pretty much eliminated everything else. I have seen an unbalanced driveshaft crack open a transfer case, so it may be worth the few bucks to take it to a shop and have the balance checked on it.

I am pretty sure I have figured out that my tires are to blame for the vibrations. I lifted the truck slightly off the ground and spun each tire. One part of the tire would glide right over the ground and the opposite side of the tire would scrape. They are BF Goodrich All-Terrain T/A KO. I have read else where that others have had the same vibration problems with these tires.

That would do it. You said you had them balanced so I wasn't even thinking tires. I used to run BFGs for a while, but I quit using them because I was only getting like 20,000 miles out of them. Always properly inflated, rotated and I drive like an old lady. They don't last very long, yet they are more expensive than other brands.
