my edge insight shows a p0299 code but i have no wrench or cel light.
According this youtube vid

the duty cylcle should not stick at 15 or 85%.
Mine does at 65/80 mph only when i floor it,when i let go of the pedal the duty cylcle changes but when i floor it again it shows 85%.

i made a short video of it.No sound i think i kept my thumb on the microphone of my cell phone but you can see the turbo psi go down when i took my foot of the gas pedal.

should i remove the turbo and clean it?
do i need gaskets -o-rings etc for this job?

p.s i,m from the netherlands so parts take a while to arrive.
any info would be appreciated.

no,smoke at all.
i noticed the vgt% sticking on 15 or 85% occurs only on the highway at 65>90.
(german highway...no speed limits)

i searched this forum,..
so far i found to clean the exhaust backpressure sensor & tube
egr cleaning(wich i,ve done 10k miles ago.)
clean turbo.

Do i need to order some o-rings etc?..when i am cleaning the turbo.?
